Unified Informatics LLC in Indianapolis, IN seeks:   Senior Software Developer to collaborate with Unified Informatics’ database developer and UI/UX designer to deliver customized software solution (CIP Application) for capital infrastructure programs. Implement server-side application software utilizing .NET, C#, Web API, and Azure App services. Implement data access layer using Entity Framework as the ORM (Object Relational Model). Implement client-side UI controls and layouts, including DevExpress data grids, jQuery, and Google Maps API, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Deploy application code base to Azure cloud PaaS using Visual Studio and Git as code repository. Research various Azure services for possible use in the application, such as Azure Cognitive Services for AI integration. Research new frameworks and tooling (DevOps) for possible use by the team, such as DevOps for CI/CD (continuous integration / continuous delivery). Perform occasional software maintenance and defect corrections for the CIP Application. Produce well-written, testable, efficient, and high-quality code as a full-stack developer using C#, T-SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS while adhering to Microsoft MVC and ASP and Web API frameworks. Work effectively within various frameworks, such as Microsoft MVC and ASP and Web API, while using both legacy .NET and the latest .NET Core code libraries, typically in C# language. Perform and initiate unit testing with MVC, ASP, and Web API frameworks to ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of enhancements to achieve desired results. Identify test cases, resolve issues, and fix bugs in CIP Application. Conduct design and code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices; perform peer review of code written by other developers and respond to results of peer reviews performed on their code. Assess required testing and consult with Quality Assurance on designing test plans. Research, share, and recommend new technologies and trends to our company. Perform research and investigation based on Business Analysis requirements documentation to write effective and robust technical specifications.This position requires up to 5% domestic travel to client sites in various unanticipated locations throughout Indiana.
